Incredible things happen in our communities when we come together! Blür is grateful to have been a part of this beautiful event that highlighted how self-care and self-defense go hand in hand, boosting confidence and making us stronger inside and out. Last night's ConnectHER event was nothing short of amazing!

With over 90 attendees, we came together at the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute for an evening of self-care and self-defense. From glam to mastering self-defense moves, we left feeling empowered and ready to conquer anything life throws our way. 🌟 Thanks to everyone who joined us for a night that celebrated strength and well-being!

Attendees had the opportunity to have their hair styled in power buns or fighter braids while discovering the science-backed skincare secrets from yours truly, Blur Med Spa - with complimentary skincare assessments and samples that left everyone feeling radiant.

🥋 Mastering Self-Defense Moves: Janell Smith, a self-defense expert, guided attendees through valuable techniques to enhance personal safety and boost self-assurance. It was an empowering session that left us all feeling stronger.

🌶️ Pepper Spray Practice: Ever wondered how to use pepper spray effectively? Attendees got hands-on experience and learned the confidence to protect themselves when needed, thanks to Safely Self Defense.

🤘 Campus Safety Resources: Safe Horns shared vital insights about campus safety resources available at The University of Texas, ensuring that everyone left more informed and empowered.

😋 Delicious Snacks: Real Food Bar provided delicious snack bars to keep everyone energized throughout the event.

🎁 Giving Back: 10% of sales during the week of September 25th were donated to the Sexual Violence Prevention Association (SVPA), supporting the critical cause of combating sexual violence.
