Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at 512-522-5769.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, Returned items must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Non-Returnable Items: gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. If the product is being returned due to a mistake on our part or if it is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
